Services

  • Teens

Teens need a safe place to explore who they are and help them move towards being who they want to be. I incorporate a lot of humor, learn what teens are interested in (video games! anime! music! Harry Potter!) and am always willing to watch a TikTok video. I help teens with depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, setting boundaries, low self-esteem, self-harm, and navigating challenging situations. Parents and Guardians of teens: I’m here to help you, too, as you work to be a steady and safe presence in your teen’s life.

  • Young Adults

I empower young adults (up to age 35ish) in transition: whether you’re in college, starting a career or family, learning to take up space, or exploring what you want for your future. I can help with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, and OCD, as well as helping you to dig deep into who you are so you can develop into who you want to be.

  • Kids

Kids have a rich emotional world that can be hard to understand. Many tend to show their feelings through behavior or physical symptoms instead of talking about what’s going on. I work with kids over 7 years old who struggle with anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, low self-esteem, shyness, grief and loss, and big giant feelings. I incorporate fun and play into my work with children, while helping them build skills for managing the tough stuff in life. Parents and Guardians also find me to be helpful in navigating parenting challenges and strengthening relationships with their children.

  • Families

I help families find unique solutions for difficult problems. Families often start family therapy with concerns about communication, conflict, grief and loss, parenting, or when one family member impacts the rest of the unit. I’m skilled at seeing the big picture: how everyone impacts each other, and how we can use family strengths to affect positive change in the family system. I help families create healthier patterns in their interactions and emphasize healthy boundaries between family members.

  • Supervision

As an LMFT-S, I supervise LMFT Associates and practicum students. I love supporting new therapists in building their clinical identities, practicing new skills, and learning to see the people they’re helping from new lenses.
